Flashback Friday 16/01/15

Wow I can't believe we are half way through January already. Christmas seems so long ago. I have two birthdays to buy for this month, my dad and my father in law. Its so hard to think of what to buy when Christmas was only last month.

I had a lovely reading session last week looking at everyones photos and blog posts. I enjoyed them all with a cup of tea and a biscuit..or two.

My favourites of the week were

I really enjoyed reading Reasons why people should not drop by over at Twinderelmo. Made me giggle and I am guilty of a few myself.

My Flashback Friday Photo
This was taken in March 2009 in Tenby, Wales. We had won a holiday to the amazing Bluestone Resort, Pembrokeshire and we took a day trip to nearby Tenby. It was a lovely day considering the time of year. It was sunny and warm enough to have a play on the sand.

Why Flashback Friday?
I used to just look through my old photos and post one on my blog on a Friday. I love looking back on old photos and its nice to pop them on here with the story behind the photo. For those that joined in with my Golden Oldies linky last year this is the new link to pop on your old blog posts that you want to share with the world again or if you want just pop on an old photo and tell us about it.

If you want to join in please pop my badge on your blog so others can join in too.

I will comment on everyones posts and share over on twitter. If you leave a link please make sure you comment on your host's post and at least one other using #FlashbackFriday

Every week I will feature two of my favourites from the week before.

Hope you join in and I can't wait to see your Flashbacks.

  3. Lovely photo. Made me smile as I always look forward to heading to Donegal, Ireland for weekend treats by the beach. Not this weekend though - lots of snow here!
