Whether we are playing inside or out little J always has to have a tent or den set up. He loves to have a space were he can go and chill or play on his iPad. We have a pop up tent and I am always trying to jazz it up a little with cushions and stickers to make it look more appealing. When I fist heard about Wiplii and their range of cardboard toys I was really interested as I hadn't seen or heard anything like this before.
Wiplii is a French company although they ship their cardboard play areas throughout Europe. We were sent a cardboard house for little J and when it arrived the box was flat pack and inside was just two pieces of cardboard and a sheet of large stickers.
The house was so easy to build. The two pieces of the house fit together and the house is built. It really was simple. No 200 page instruction booklet, no screws, no batteries it was done in minutes and ready for little J to jump right in.
The sticker sheet adds a bit of colour and fun to the house with stickers of a cat, birds even a cooker for the inside. However the house is cardboard so you can add as much colour to it as you like. We got out the paints and felt tip pens and coloured the house in.
There are two doors, two windows and two windows on the roof. Little J loves using the house for all sorts of imaginative games including a McDonalds drive through.
Once we have finished playing it is so easy to dismantle and it fits under our sofa so very easy to store.
*****
