BBC Summer Social Returns To Liverpool

One of our favourite memories from last Summer was attending the CBBC Summer Social in Liverpool. It was a weekend full of fun and we got to see our all time favourite CBeebies character Mr Tumble live in action, singing and dancing on stage. I am so happy to say that the Summer Social event is returning this Summer and we cannot wait.

This year the event will take place on the 3rd and 4th of August at Croxteth Country Park, Liverpool. The 3rd of August is perfect for all the family with Busted, Rak Su, Pixie Lott, John Newman, Freya Ridings plus many more heading to the main stage. On Sunday the 4th Mr Tumble, Dr Ranj, Andy and the Oddsocks plus more will be entertaining the little ones.

As well as the main stage there will be lots of other activities to keep you busy including The Big Top, BBC Sports from Everton in the community and the Liverpool FC Foundation and lots of fun on the farm.

Tickets are on sale now and each ticket includes entry to the BBC Summer Social plus funfair rides and attractions.

For more information you can visit BBC Summer Social.

  1. Wow this looks great! Can't think of a kid at that age that wouldn't want to go to this with all those characters!

  4. This looks like so much fun. I may be showing my age here, but I remember going to the CBBC Big bash at the NEC as a kid and oh my, I loved it so much! I bet this has a similar feel to it x

  5. My children would have loved the CBBC Summer Social when they were little. I love the fact there are so many big events aimed at families with young children in the UK.

  9. Wow this looks so great and I know my little girl would love it. It’s such a shame we don’t live closer, it would be quite the trek for us from. Norfolk!
