Slimming World | Last Weeks Meal Planner

Edit this post

A little late with last weeks meal planner but thought I would share anyway. Getting to grips with Slimming World is proving a little easier than I thought and I've been able to meal plan for the whole family and just make little tweaks here and there so my meals are completely Slimming World Friendly.

On Monday we had Sausage Casserole. I did normal sausages for the boys and I had Linda McCartney's Rosemary and Red Onion sausages. They are completely free on Slimming World as was the potato mash and vegetables. I was able to syn the gravy.

Tuesday we had Tuna Pasta. It's little J's favourite meal so I do like to plan it in at least once a week for him.

Wednesday John made his Chicken Korma using Quorn pieces however he uses a jar sauce so I opted for a Slimming World Chicken Tikka Masala. It's from their Slimming World range available at Iceland. I had a few spoonfuls of rice, vegetables and instead of a Naan Bread I had a Broghie and they are only 1 syn each.

Thursday was a busy day with work and after school football so I made Linda McCartney's burgers and chips. The boys had Mozzarella Burgers which are 5 1/2 syns each however I opted for the pulled pork burger which is just 1 syn. I used a sprinkle of cheese from my Healthy Extra A allowance and the bun as my Healthy Extra B so the meal was only 1 syn.

Friday I made myself a Slimming World friendly pizza using a weight watchers wrap. Very easy to make just like making your own pizza however you make it from a wrap. Spread tomato puree on with a sprinkle of cheese from your healthy extra A allowance and then pop on your topping. I had tuna and pineapple.

Saturday didn't go to plan as we had visitors and by the time they left it was too late to start preparing dinner. The boys went to McDonalds and I did too. I had 4 chicken nuggets which is 6 syns, a few chips and a diet coke. I was full from soup I had for my lunch so it wasn't a complete disaster and I didn't eat anything in the evening as I wasn't hungry.

Sunday we had a birthday meal to go to however I was very good and eat my lunch just before we went and had my dinner of chicken and pasta when I got home. I wanted to try and end the week on a good note and not eating out twice.
