Slimming World | Last Weeks Meal Planner

This weeks meal plan didn't really goes as planned for me. There were a lot of unexpected changes to our normal routine this week with football and also a date night. However I did try to make the changes Slimming World friendly where I could. As a result of a very hectic and busy week I didn't manage to get weighed and I'm so disappointed in that, but will hopefully i will make weigh in next week.
 
 We love Spaghetti Bolognese however we don't like mince so we use Quorn mince and its so tasty,  you can't taste the difference.

 The boys had an all day breakfast with normal sausages but I had Linda McCartney Rosemary and Red Onion sausages. They are so tasty and completely free on Slimming World. My hash browns were McCains and are 3 syns per 100g.

John and I really felt like the chippy but we were good and decided to make our own chips and gravy. The chips are completely free and very easy to make. I buy the 'You Say Potato' chips from Tesco and I part boil them for 8 minutes then I drain them. I sprinkle some salt on and spray them with fry light and pop them in the oven for 30 minutes. Half way through cooking I turn them sprinkle with salt and spray with fry light again and they taste amazing.

Date night this week was Indian but I tried to be as good as I could. I ordered a Chicken Korma with Pilau Rice but I didn't eat most of the sauce just scooped out the Chicken. I didn't eat anything else and resisted a Naan Bread so quite proud of myself. 

We have a normal week next week with very little planned so hopefully we will all stay on track with our meal planner.

  4. Lots of delicious meals! I need to get properly back on Slimming World next week. Was going to start this week but with it being my birthday week, I've got a lot planned and just know I would fail!
