Baby Born Train Andy Review

Little J is absolutely terrified of dogs. I'm not quite sure how and when this happened as I can't recall anything happening to make him so scared. As a regular visitor to the park with us and also his Grandma and Grandad and I don't really want it to become an issue. It hasn't yet except for a few comments later in the day when he will randomly say something like ' The doggy won't get me will it?' When we were sent Andy a gorgeous interactive dog I genuinely hoped this would help him with his fear.

Andy is made by the creators of Baby Born and comes ready for you to train him. He has a pink remote and bone and as soon as you take him out the box he is barking away to himself and ready to play.

Little J was a little wary at first but I showed him that Andy was able to walk, sit and beg by using the remote control. He soon wanted to play when he knew there was a gadget involved.

First off we got Andy to walk. There is a button on the remote to press. Now you do have to hold it quite close to his head for it to register but it wasn't a problem. Little J loved being able to control Andy and really enjoyed watching him walk around.

The second button makes Andy beg. He will reach up and make yelping noises. It is really cute.

You can also press Andy's back which makes him sit. If Andy get hungry you can feed him the bone but he will poop it back out again. Little J loved this, hahaha.

What We Loved

Andy is really cute. His fur is so soft.

Little J loves watching him walk and has asked for us to get a lead for him.

We are hoping that playing with Andy will help little J with his fear of dogs.

What Could Improve

It wasn't an issue for us but the sensor on the remote has to be very very close to Andy's head.

A range of clothes or accessories for Andy would be a great addition to extend the play.

So we love Andy here and we are so glad he has come to live with us.
