Tsum Tsum Tuesday

It's my birthday this week and top of my birthday wishlist is some new Tsum Tsums to add to my collection. If you are new to the world of Tsum Tsums check out my first post here. Tsum Tsum (which means stack stack in Japanese) are cute plushes that sit on top of each other. They come in three sizes and there are lots to collect.

Last week I was kindly sent four small Tsum Tsums to add to my collection, Dumbo, Bambi, Thumper and Stitch. They are so cute. I love them all and they have been sat next to me all week on my sofa. I do have to hide them away from little J most of the time because he likes to squeeze them and put them in his mouth. I don't think understands yet that Mummy is a Disney collector and thats not what we do with Mummy's Disney stuff, haha.

They do have a new place to live now, I've decided to display all my Tsum Tsums on my bookcase. At the moment it is home to lots of my Disney Snowglobes and Figurines but its time for a change. I have so many beautiful Disney items that I wish I lived in a mansion with lots of rooms that I can display them all in but for now the best I can do is rotate the several times a year.

So like I said my birthday is fast approaching and I have hinted that I would love the Frozen and Toy Story collections of Tsum Tsums. These are two of my favourite films and I have seen the Tsum Tsums online and they look adorable. Daddy is usually good at picking up my hints so fingers crossed I will be able to share them with you all next week.

Actually it was Daddy who reminded me that today is Tsum Tsum Tuesday. Disney Store will release a new collection of Tsum Tsums on the first Tuesday of every month. Today they released The Little Mermaid and Big Hero 6. I managed to find a photograph online of The Little Mermaid Tsum Tsums. They are amazing. The set has 8 to collect. Ariel, Eric, Sebastian, Flounder, Ursula, King Triton, Max and Scuttle. Priced at £3 each makes it just £24 for this set and its definitely one I want to add to my collection.

Are you collecting Tsum Tsums?

I would love to know which ones you have.

  4. I have never heard of these but they are so cute! I can see why you a) want to collect them and b) don't want the little one getting their hands on them! They just like to destroy things don't they?! I hope you get more for your birthday! Thanks so much for linking up with #TwinklyTuesday

  5. I've never heard of these but it reminds me of when I used to work in TDS and the beanies were released on a set day of the week - they used to cause all sorts of fuss!
