#Win an Abel & Cole 9 Month Subscription with Aptaclub

Aptaclub has recently launched their new website providing mums and mums to be expert advice on early life nutrition (ELN) 24 hours a day and 7 days per week.
While I was pregnant with little J I found the Aptaclub website and I was so impressed with all the information on there. We joined up and received a very cute polar bear teddy. Its obviously changed since then and is designed around the early life nutrition (ELN).
I am impressed that they listened to feedback from 'mums' and made the website more mobile / tablet friendly.
There are four sections on the home page which you can click to find out more.
I'm trying for a baby
I'm pregnant
I've got a baby
I've got a toddler
I have been browsing the toddler section and there is so much very useful information and lots I didn't know about.
There is an interesting fact over 50% of toddlers aged between 18 months and 3 years aren't getting the recommended daily amount of iron.
I think its important to know what our children need because they are trusting us to provide them with the right balanced diet but if you asked me how much iron a toddler needs - I wouldn't know off the top of my head.
Luckily the website does provide you with the answer - 6.9mg per day. It is scary to think I didn't know that and also there was also lots more I didn't know.
To help promote ELN awareness Mummy2Monkeys and Aptaclub have teamed up with Abel & Cole to offer one lucky reader the chance to win a 9 month subscription of Fruit and Vegetable delivery for mummy and baby.
