Brothers By Willow Tree

Yesterday Daddy and I celebrated our 5th Wedding Anniversary. Its been a odd week with Daddy working lots and Big J on holiday in Spain. For most of the week it was just little J and I so we didn't make any specific Anniversary plans. Usually we will do something special but we decided to visit Alton Towers a few weeks earlier and maybe just go out for a meal on our actual anniversary.

10 Reasons Why I Love June

I am so excited that June has finally arrived and here is why.

1. Daddy and I had our first ever date in June. It was the 21st June which is the longest day. This year the 21st falls on Fathers Day too so it's twice as special.

2. Daddy and I were married in June. This year we will be celebrating 15 years together and 5 years married. We were married in New York City and it was the best day of my life. It was so amazing and very personal as I had always wanted to get married in New York and Daddy made my dreams come true.

4 Years Ago Today We Married in New York

Well 4 years ago today on the hottest day ever, Daddy and I married in New York. I am a true romantic comedy fan and love films like Sleepless in Seattle, Serendipity, The Wedding Date and every other rom com you can think of. It has always been my dream to marry in New York and on the 4th June 2010 Daddy made my dreams come true.

We arrived in New York a few days before so we had lots of time to visit the sights and go shopping. I have been to New York before so I had an idea of where things were and what sights to see.

Our hotel was amazing and in a perfect location. We stayed in The Double Tree Guest Suites in Times Square. On arrival we were greeted with warm chocolate chip cookies, yummy.

Our room was huge it had a living area with sofas and a huge window over looking Times Square. The view was amazing. A gorgeous bedroom with two kingsize beds.

We did and saw all the things you do when in New York.

Reached the top of The Empire State Building. I love the Empire State Building. Its so romantic.

Shopped at F.A.O Schwatz

I have never seen so many M&Ms ever. Its funny because when we went Daddy didn't really like M&Ms but now he loves them. We might have to go back ;)

We took a boat trip to see the Statue of Liberty. Big J got in the spirit and wore a Statue of Liberty Hat and Torch. The boat trip was really good and you got to see the sights from the river.

NYPD

Rockerfeller Centre. Gorgeous views of Central Park and the Empire State Building

One of my favourite places in New York. Love it and the film too.

Grand Central Station.

Our Wedding Morning

It was so relaxed. We got up ate breakfast. Big J played on the computer we got dressed then it was time to go and meet our photographer who was amazing. She was funny and made us very relaxed. She was our witness too.

Happy memories and I would do it all again.

Happy Anniversary
